The lost Doodle named Coal has been seen!

I received this email from Judy just a bit ago and wanted to share! I have tears in my eyes and prayers in my heart for this poor boy and his owners! Please give them prayers and strength to find Coal and bring him home!

GANG, there has been a sighting of Coal. The Shaws (owners) are at the Orange grove where he was seen yesterday morning by the man who shooed him away from his garage the day he went missing. Please pray. I asked Susan to post for Zoo energy. I told Kim and Ian to keep returning, take high value treats, the man said he was badly matted. The old man who lives behind the orange grove has not seen him, I told them to go every day...they are here now for four months...and to keep calling his name, shake a food bowl and tap it. If he has become somewhat ferral it may take them several days. The man is absolutely sure it is Coal. He got in his truck with the gal from who's house he escaped, but he was gone when they got there. If he will come to them in time, then there is hope he can be brought back to and adapted to their lives and his home. Pray everybody. This is a true sighting.

Oh, Susan this is great news. All our fingers and paws are crossed here. I hope so much that Coal is found and reunited with his family.

UNFORTUNATE NEWS REGARDING THE SIGHTING OF COAL LAST WEEK

Yesterday Coal's owners recieved a phone call from a fellow living fairly close to where Coal went missing and near the orange grove where it was thought he was seen last week. The fellow told them he had the dog with him and Coal's family rushed over to the house hoping Coal was, indeed, found. As it turned out, it was the same dog sighted, however, the fairly much look alike was a female dog and the fellow had taken her to the Vet and vetted her (kindly). Coal's family are going to continue to hope providence brings them to Coal, or Coal to them through a Veterinarian or a shelter in the Central Florida area.
They have asked us to keep him on the Messenger no matter how long that takes. They want to believe that Coal is living and loved somewhere.
This was a difficult time for them as they had left a family shirt and treats where the sighting had taken place, and gone back several times.
We know you join us in the sadness that this was not Coal afterall. But,
there are angels who find dogs and do follow up as this gentleman did.

Oh this breaks my heart. I kept waiting for the news we have been waiting for. We will keep thinking about him and his family and hoping the news comes soon. Thank you for letting us know.
