For the last three weeks I have been fighting a good old fashioned case of "whooping cough" but am happy to report I finally feel healed. Leave it to me to catch something from the 1920's...hah! I didn't even know it still existed until I caught it. Anyway, thank God for modern medicine. Even though I've had an annoying cough that has been exhausting I have still worked, so needless to say I've been really tired every night.

Marco has been hovering over me since I've been sick and calling it an early night for bed with me also. I guess he's just sensed I haven't felt well. Today, after finally feeling well I was doing laundry and enjoying myself reading a great novel, and although I had laundry to fold and other chores to do, I just enjoyed relaxing with my boy and left the chores for later.
