4. It is time to add 2 more people to the Board of the Doodle Messenger bringing us to the originally
     planned number of 7. Any Doodle owner on any Doodle forum may apply by sending a short statement about why they would like to join the Board. The forms will be sent to each Board Member and then a vote will be taken to add the two. We need people with passion, some time to devote to the computer when a dog is sent to us for financial help, a sense of humor,and a commitment to Doodle health and responsibility to sharing the work that comes to the Board.
