I think that it was because the owner's neighbor actually facilitated the adoption. She thought he was two, but not sure. The owner wasn't even home when we came. The neighbor called him on his cell and he said for us to take him. She did forward a picture of Marlow to him that I had sent and she said he was happy that he had a good home.
