Hello Friends & Dog Lovers, It's me, Max.
I've got GREAT news. Not only do Lisa & Brad Waggoner of Cole Nose College think that I am a really cool, smart dog BUT also I have found someone who wants me to join their family. Yesterday at Cold Nose College they introduced me to their dog, kinda...Lisa would hold my leash in one hand with her foot also on it & a really nice smelling meat ball :) in the other hand - Brad would let their dog come from behind a half wall & just let me look at him while Lisa would give me a smiggen of the meat ball at times when I would pay too much attention to their dog. Then when I ignored the other dog & looked at Lisa really got a larger smiggen of the meat ball. When the dog would disappear the meat ball would go away :( . I don't understand it all, but I had fun. This all had something to do with psychology and some man named Pavlov & something called Classic Conditioning & Conditioned Response. The whole experience made me feel very special. I LOVE Lisa & Brad and they made learning fun & their Cole Nose College a fun place to go. We played sit & down and this was all accomplished with positive reinforcement which created such a wonderfully environment for learning. We will forward her written report asap. In the mean time I will let you all know about my adventure with this new prospective family.
Love & Licks, Max ps: this new guy, who wants me has a Jeep & loves to play off leash - my favorite & he goes to the lake and has teenagers...Oh I am just in doggey bone heaven thinking about it all !

How very kind of you, Lindsey! We have been able to coordinate with DRC, Jackie & Liz and also with the new family to have Max go this Friday - Oh my gosh that's tomorrow - on Alpha Dog Transport from Knoxville to N.J. :), the new family will be waiting with open arms, they are excited & wanted to get him asap. Tomorrow am, our Vet is going to give Max his Bordatella(Spelling?) & fill out the Interstate Transportation Health/Vaccine Forms. We drive to Knoxville,1 1/2 hour & Alpha Dog will meet us there.
Thank you ever so much for your kind offer.
MJ & Cokie
Max has definately found his forever home - He has found his niche in the house. Cleared the birds, squirrels and cats out of the yard - and awed all the neighbors with his skills
