Comment by Susan D. on July 12, 2012 at 9:10am: One word of warning about hardwood floors......they show scratches! At least mine do. They have to be refinished after 2.5 years of dogs running on them. Ugh! I don't like carpet everywhere, so I guess the next place will have stone tile floors and rugs. The dogs can run fine on the hardwoods as you see. There is some slipping but they don't mind. Marlow and Sloan run and play all day. Baxter and Buffy sound just like them ;)

Comment by Susan D. on July 2, 2011 at 1:47pm: Sloan loves to ride, but barks at evey person...lol. Marlow just sits there and looks out the window like he is thinking "Mom, what is wrong with her?"....lol. They really give us a lot of joy, don't they?

Comment by Sue & the Crew on July 2, 2011 at 1:43pm: Here here ladies! My girls are my life. Yesterday we went for a car ride. Georgia isn't too good in the car, she barks frantically whenever we slow/stop. I joke that she does not like travelling below 80 kmph. Seriously, she does not have an issue as long as we are travelling, but slowing/stopping is an issue. Anyways, we cannot leave her in the car alone, one of us always has to stay. So yesterday when we stopped at the gas station, she did her usual bark frenzy. What I have to do is hold her, pet her, "baby talk" at her, to make her feel safe so she will stop. Apparently a lady was watching me, and she stopped by our car to tell me she never seen such love for a dog, like a real child. I nearly cried.

Comment by Susan D. on July 2, 2011 at 1:41pm: I am on my way to the pet store to buy a seat restraint for Sloan now.....I went to the store yesterday with Ron and when I opened my door, Sloan darted out before I had even got out. Ran across the parking lot playing keep away from me and across the street. I was horrified! She came back but not to me...to a lady who was carrying a bag of dog food. :(

She either stays home or is restrained! I learned my lesson with her...lol. She really scared me! Love her to pieces, though!

Throwing the ball down stairs, she run after, bring it back and wait for us to throw it again!! After 6 or 7 times she need a rest!! Sloan is a very happy puppy and being that cute it is hard not to forgive her... Enjoy! One of the best video ever!!

Comment by Susan D. on June 15, 2011 at 3:55pm: I have runners in the halway and she does take full advantage....she runs from my bedroom after jumping off the bed to the other end of the house byt the door into the garage and then back again. See what I mean when i say she makes me tired just watching her? LOL
