Patriot is a gorgeous, 5 month old Labradoodle. He is neutered and utd on shots. He is about 20# now and should be about 45# when fully grown.

Patriot is a very smart pup who potties on command, sits, is crate trained, and is good w/ kids and other dogs. We don't know how he is with cats, but he has very low prey drive (doesn't chase squirrels). He loves playing fetch and chewing on his toys. Patriot comes when called and to a whistle. He is learning to down on command. He is very affectionate and settles nicely to be petted. He is learning not to jump up (must sit for attention) and walks nicely on a leash. He loves to sit in laps and watch t.v. Patriot can jump into the bath tub by himself and is good about being groomed. He has begun some agility training, as well as teaching the mark. He is smart and learns fast.

Patriot needs an ACTIVE family who can continue with his housebreaking routine (he barks to be let outside) because he's still a puppy and a FULLY FENCED YARD. He doesn't challenge a 4' fence, but isn't the sort of dog who does well being left outside. He's a pup who will enjoy going for lots of walks. Labradoodles need to be groomed regularly, so the new owner should either be willing to do it themselves or take him to a groomer every 6 weeks. He loves kids (has been playing with kids in the 6-12 age range). He can be possessive of his toys around other dogs, but will allow a child to remove an object from his mouth. He likes other dogs besides that possessive issue.
