Labrador Retriever, Standard Poodle [Mix]

Size: Large
Age: Young
Sex: Male

Notes:

MEET BISCUIT - AVAILABLE - NO INQUIRIES WITHOUT APPLICATION (Link Below) - PLEASE READ ENTIRE AD

Biscuit is an adorable, 1.5 year old Labradoodle. He is about 55 lbs and non-shed, neutered, microchipped and utd on shots. Biscuit loves to play fetch, chase balls and snuggle but he DOES NOT LIKE TO BE ALONE

He was trained to be a therapy dog for children with Autism but due to his moderate separation anxiety, he does not qualify. He is a great family pet. Low energy, only requiring two relief walks a day. He loves going to the dog park. Gets along well with other dogs (we do not know about cats). He has been raised with children (over 6 please) and is a wonderful, well mannered, family pet.

The perfect adopter will HAVE SOMEONE HOME ALL DAY, MAYBE A RETIRED PERSON who likes to GO ON WALKS, HAS A FULLY FENCED YARD (No E-Fence) and BE WITHIN AN HOUR OF BROOKLYN, NY. If interested, Please Fill out an Application (Link Below).

Adoption Donation $800 - Includes Vetting, Level 1 and 2 Obedience Training, and all his things.

THIS IS AN OODLES OF DOODLES, INC. ADOPTABLE DOG. or RESCUE or OWNER ASSISTED REHOME DOG. Please DO NOT confuse us with any other "Doodle Rescue." We are Independent Rescuers working as a "Collective," to save Poodle-mix dogs from kill shelters and other situations. ALL Applications are sent to the Foster, Rescue or Family who has the dog and who checks references, does home visits and conducts interviews. Please DO NOT send inquiries. PLEASE, WE ARE ALL VOLUNTEERS and CANNOT ANSWER OTHER INQUIRIES without having an application on file. IF YOU ARE A MATCH FOR THE DOG, YOU WILL BE CONTACTED. Thank you for understanding.

VISIT OUR WEBSITE at http://oodlesofdoodles.org. We have been Listing & Rescuing Oodles since 2008. After a reorganization in May, 2010 we have renewed focus and goals. We are a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit and your donation is tax deductible.

All Oodles of Doodles dogs are located in foster or family homes across the North American Continent. We do not have a central location. THE LOCATION GIVEN IN THE DOG'S NAME IS WHERE HE or SHE IS LOCATED. Unless otherwise stated, WE DO NOT ADOPT, SHIP OR TRANSPORT OUR DOGS AWAY FROM THE AREA THEY ARE IN. WE DO NOT ADOPT TO URBAN/APARTMENT ENVIRONMENTS. WE REQUIRE FENCED YARDS (an e-fence is not a secure fence). PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT MATCH WHAT WE ARE ASKING FOR. IT ONLY WASTES OUR VALUABLE TIME, AND YOURS.

If the listing is given as ADOPTABLE or AVAILABLE, then the right home has not been located yet and the dog is still available for adoption. Please fill out an application and not send inquiries.

Breed stated is just a shelter/rescue/foster guess based on size, appearance and temperament. It is impossible for us to know for sure as most of our dogs are strays from high kill shelters.

I would love to foster him. Just not allowed to move around that much yet. Soon though! I saw the pup in nyc -- it's killing me to leave him there.

He is an owner assisted rehome and has extensive training and supplies she is giving with him. Is basically a Service Dog, except for the Sep Anxiety. It is her requested fee. And I am keeping him off CL, where she had him listed. Plus, he is just a pup. I wish I had more foster space.

Lynne, why is this dog's adoption fee $800? No offense intended for questioning the price; the higher price caught my eye. Just wondering if there is a special reason.

thanks!
