Sherlock is a 6 month old Giant Schnoodle puppy and will be available after Nov 22.

Sherlock was found as a stray in a rural Southern town and taken to the shelter. He will be coming to NJ in two weeks.

Here's his Petfinder Ad:

FOSTERED in NJ - Available after Nov 22, 2010 Sherlock is a Giant Schnoodle puppy of about 6 months old. He is sweet and playful and full of puppy energy. Sherlock is neutered, HW- and up-to-date on his shots. Good with other dogs, we do not know about cats but is young enough to learn. He will need an active family who can give him lots of attention and exercise and a fully fenced yard. Sherlock will need to learn housetraining and proper doggie manners, so a training class will be recommended. Sherlock will be a very large boy when he is fully grown and families with older children will be considered. Most Schnoodles do not shed but this cannot be guaranteed in rescue. We also do not know his background as Sherlock was found as a stray in a rural area of the South.
Older Children Fully Fenced Yard Active Family Other Larger Pets are fine Will Need Housetraining

All Oodles of Doodles dogs are located in foster or family homes. We do not have a central location. Any transportation needs or costs will be covered by the adopter.

Like I said, as long as the dog is safe. They are who they are and we can't change them. They will someday get what they deserve. We move on and do what we do.

They can't find them for themself, so they come look at our postings...suppose we should be flattered? :) LOL
You know how some people can't do anything and always copy from someone else? Seems like that is what is going on!

Look at it this way Lynne, obviously your work on RRC is paying off in terms of raising awareness of oodles in need. After all, another "rescue" is spending a lot of time on the RRC website to find dogs to rescue.

Pathetic and sad is a perfect description of what it has become.

There are so many dogs out there in need. I just do not understand why a rescue would spend time and resources to "rescue" a dog that are otherwise safe. Just to spite another person? Seriously? Wow - that's just pathetic and sad. And in the meantime while a safe dog was being "rescued" other dogs face death waiting to really be rescued. Pitiful.

Shame on them... Karma will take care of them sooner or later.

It's OK, Susan. Like no-one sees them for what they are, yeah right! Karma knows.

Here is Sherlock......funny how they are getting dogs lately by reading this site! And slamming other rescues. I know some rescues that are getting pretty steamed at them!
