MEET FLYNN - http://www.petfinder.com/petdetail/18035063

Flynn is a 3 month old, first gen. Labradoodle boy from a BYB (puppy mill) in PA. This sweet boy was adopted by his "breeder" to a family in New Jersey. He was returned to the "breeder" because he wasn't holding down his food and their vet said it would be an expensive surgery to fix an esophagus problem.

Flynn has only been with me for a few hours but in that time, he met my pack, played with some puppy chew toys that I found around the house and has eaten my homecooking several times and has had no problems. I started by giving him a few bites here and there and he held it down and came back for more. Just plain chicken, smashed peas and brown rice.

I went looking at the papers that came with him and the family was feeding Purina Puppy Chow. Could this be the problem? We will see. I have an appointment for Monday and some housetraining to do, then Flynn will be looking for his new Forever Family.

That should be one of the condition to agree before adopting him!

Ginger has let him know who is boss around here. They all did the lick and sniff and have been really fine since he got here. He really likes the homecooking, his new owners might have to agree to continue that.

I'm looking at his pic and he seem to feel right at home already! How are the others with him? Is Ginger told him she is the pack leader?

Like I told you, I was nervous, thinking he would be a mess. But he is a doll baby. Very sweet, likes toys, gets along great with the dogs. He just sits and watches what's going on. I have a vet appt on Monday, so hopefully all will be fine.

He is curled up at my feet in the pooch pile on my kitchen floor. So cute.

I'm sure he'll be fine! I know I would eat your doggies homemade food in a heart beat!

Awh, Thank you all. I haven't had a baby this young in awhile and we are enjoying his antics. He is all legs. It is so cute. He goes sliding across the hard wood floors and then looks like he can't understand what happened. It's hysterical.

So far, no cookie tossing. He has eaten a full meal by now. Keep your fingers crossed.

What a sweetheart! He is much better off with you! Purina puppy chow is the problem, and Lynne's kitchen will solve that! :)
