MEET FLYNN - http://www.petfinder.com/petdetail/18035063

Flynn is a 3 month old, first gen. Labradoodle boy from a BYB (puppy mill) in PA. This sweet boy was adopted by his "breeder" to a family in New Jersey. He was returned to the "breeder" because he wasn't holding down his food and their vet said it would be an expensive surgery to fix an esophagus problem.

Flynn has only been with me for a few hours but in that time, he met my pack, played with some puppy chew toys that I found around the house and has eaten my homecooking several times and has had no problems. I started by giving him a few bites here and there and he held it down and came back for more. Just plain chicken, smashed peas and brown rice.

I went looking at the papers that came with him and the family was feeding Purina Puppy Chow. Could this be the problem? We will see. I have an appointment for Monday and some housetraining to do, then Flynn will be looking for his new Forever Family.

Thank you for the list of rescues.  I will make sure they get this ASAP.  Gotta save doggies.

Appreciate the effort greatly.  I hate to hear things like this especially at this time of year.

Thank you, Patricia. I don't know of any off the top of my head but I will ask around. I know exactly what you mean.

Wonderful for Both Flynn and the new family.  Anyone know of an all breed rescue in Michigan?   I got a call about a Blue heeler and beagle who's owner died and they want to put the dogs down so they won't be mistreated. Both are young.   Gotta find a rescue the is know by others.  Don't trust all rescues if you know what I mean.

That does sound perfect.  I am sure Flynn will love having another dog around, and the park ain't so bad either :)

I bet you'll miss Flynn - who wouldn't miss that adorably puppy and those silly antics?  I loved the Flynn videos with your pack.  Molly is on her way and she needs you to help her find a perfect home just like Flynn.  I can't wait to see photos and videos of Molly.

These people are great. They have another dood, live a block away from a park and absolutely adore him. What's not to love? LOL Everyone was so excited, I am going to miss him. Such a sweet boy.

That's wonderful!  I was just thinking about Flynn today and was going to post asking how he was doing.  Lucky family, lucky Flynn.
