MEET GABE!

Gabe is a shy, handsome and sweet little boy who had a terrible start to his life but will live in love and happiness for the rest of it.

Finding himself in a high kill Southern shelter was not a good thing for this sweet boy and he was close to losing his life, but now has found his second chance with Oodles of Doodles at my home.

He will be having his snip-snip tomorrow and will be ready to look for his new family.

Here's his Petfinder Ad - Meet Gabe. Gabe is a handsome, sweet boy from a Southern kill shelter. He will need socialization and training but is very lovable and smart. He learns quickly and responds to positive reinforcement. We think he is about a year old and he gets along with other dogs and seems indifferent to cats. Gabe is neutered and up to date on his shots. He does not like being on a leash which might be because he was never taught or because of something in his past but will learn to be a great dog with patience and time. The ideal adopter will be able to give Gabe time and patience and a Forever Home where he can feel safe and loved. A fully fenced yard would be ideal. Admin Comment by LM Fowler - Admin on January 24, 2011 at 3:54pm: Well, our boy is simply adorable. His papers have his age between 6m and a year. He is all waggly, happy and bouncy. He bunny hops across the yard chasing after the other doods like he's still a pup. Squats as much as lifts and is still looking for something to chew on. My guess is he's about 8-10 months old. The perfect age to forget the bad stuff and still learn to love and be happy.

I am in the process of uploading a video. I'll let you know once it's up.
