Thanks for keeping an eye on that shelter, Donna. It really helps when everyone does a bit. That's always been the hopes of our "collective."

Yes, this boy was adopted out 2 days after I saw him. Thanks all of you. Cecil Co. SPCA doesn't list their pets on PetFinder or I can't find it. This is a shelter to keep an eye on. Thanks for everyone's concern.  Donna

Hi Kelly, after a bit of searching for him, we found this boy was adopted. Thank you for your offer, though. Apply to foster, we see many in that area in shelters.

I live in Maryland, in Howard County-about two hours from the SPCA in Cecil Co., I haven't yet applied to foster, and would love to help this animal out.  If there is a problem, I can adopt him.  Please reply ASAP!

I don't have a link to Petfinder for this dog trying to pull another dog when I saw this guy. The contact info for Cecil County SPCA is

The dog was beautiful, pink nose, tall, very calm despite all the barking dogs around him. Do you know anyone in Maryland or nearby Delaware that could get the dog? I have 3 dogs at home so it would be tough for me to take him. Would your foster in that area be able to take the dog in?

Hi Donna, I forwarded your note to several local rescues. We are not in a position to help unless you know someone who could foster there and we would help cover vetting and expenses, and help list and find a home. Our foster in that area is away until next week. Do you have a link to the Petfinder ad?
