Miss Mollie will also be arriving in NJ on the June 4th transport. This little girl will be looking for true love, maybe for the first time in her life. Here's the first picture I have of her.

Notice the chain? That was what struck me the hardest. Mollie is an owner surrender and she has spent all her days on that chain.

Mollie is very sweet, bubbling with personality and gets along with other dogs and cats. She's only 9 months old, spayed, UTD on shots and we would love to find her a home where she can run and play and never be on a chain again.

As soon as we get more info, I'll update.

Cousins Forever! Mattie and Mollie, playing. Think they have it pretty good?

I have said in just about every post, that to know Miss Mollie, was to completely love her. In an earlier post, I mentioned that one of the most endearing features about Mollie, was that everything was so new to her. I think you called it a "sense of wonder." This time in her life is probably her FIRST chance at real puppyhood since life kind of let her down in the beginning. She has waited a long time to have all this attention and love as well as the opportunity to experience a carefree puppyhood of love and acceptance. The person who gets to share this time in her life will be the real winner.

I bet she feels much better, too. Some of her mats were down to the skin. Lisa says she is the star of the show, no matter where she goes. Her family loved her, the groomer loved her, people at the groomer loved her. Imagine spending all your childhood on a chain and now free to run around and play all you want. She is having her second, happy puppy-hood.

Look how cute. Miss Mollie was cleaned up today. Bet she feels much better. The groomer said she was an angel.

I work with Lisa and she is constantly bragging about her. She says she is the smartest, the cutest, the most wonderful. Dolly is now named Molly, and is the Alpha female now in Lisa's pack of three. Her husband, kids and entire family cannot believe she was a rescue dog. Lisa tells me different stories everyday about her escapades. Dolly/Molly is a very loved dog. I haven't talked to Shirley and Eddie's new family in a week or so. I will try to call them today.
