"It will get better, he is just a baby and you have to think of him like that. We're here if you have problems again, but puppies take some time to grow and learn. He will! Glad you got some sleep."

Did you practice in the Postings and Listings Discussion in the Vol group?

What I do is save the pic to my computer. Then copy the Petfinder url.

Then I go to the discussion, Re-open the Discussion, Type Name in State enter.

Click the tiny photograph icon over the comment box and insert the pic. Before you close the pic box, change the pic size to 200. Then paste the Petfinder url. It sounds easy to me b/c I have been doing it a long time. If you practice in the Vol discussion until you get the hang of it, it will get easier the more you do it. I will go make you an admin of the Midwest group. Any other groups you want to post in? Just let me know and I will make you admin there, too. Let me know if you still need help. You can post in the vol group and others can help too. Sue and Susan are pros at posting and are a big help.

so i'm doing my regular cleaning around the house. finished the bathrooms, then picked up the windex to dust the loft. out of habit, i went to spray the dog snotted front window but of course there was no dog snot there. and i started to cry.  i forgot i went around a few days after she died and windexed the crap out of the house trying to erase reminders.  made me think, i'd gladly take spring backyard clean ups, snotty windows and muddy floors back any day just to have my puppy back.

a friend of mine once stopped my in the middle of a "i hate to make the lunches" rant and said ,"renee be thankful you have food to make the lunches."

stops ya dead in your tracks when you know someone's right like that.

so i gladly say that i'll pick up ran's dirty socks draped over my couch, put away the light sabers i almost break my neck on almost every morning, pick up the match box cars that stab my feet when i step on them.

and do it with a smile cuz God gave me one more day with these knuckle sandwiches.

:)

enjoy your friday

Renee, I am so very sorry for your loss.  So tragic.  Treasure the memories and know Sadie is waiting for you at the rainbow bridge.

Renee, I am so sorry for your loss. I wish I could say something to make you feel better, but the truth is, there is nothing I could say. It is a sad fact that they must go before us and you need to remember the good, the happy and the wonderful times you had with her. That way you honor her memory. She would not want you to grieve forever, she would want you to be happy...that's all dogs want for us and we want for them. Find another dog to give your love to, not to replace her, but, again...to honor her. There are some wonderful dogs in our listings who are waiting for their chance at a good life and a home of their own. Go search for your new furry love. You will be glad you did. Hugs, Lynne

Thank You for joining The Rescue Resource Collective & Oodles of Doodles Listings! We are a family oriented community, based on our love for our Canine Companions.

If you would like to change your icon photo to something more personal, it's easy to do...

In the upper right corner on any page click on "Settings" then, upload a pic from your computer... add, done. You can also change your answers there. Don't forget to click SAVE on the bottom & you should now have your own icon pic. You can also make your page personal & add some of your own pics by following other prompts on your main page. Don't be afraid to explore it.

If you are looking to adopt an Oodle, join The Regional Group (see the maps on the Main Page or Listings Tab up top) for your area. You are welcome to join other regions, also. Our Listings are updated on a regular basis & you will be notified of any Regional area you choose by clicking on FOLLOW, at the bottom of listing pages.

If you are interested in a dog, click on the link with his pic & you will be taken to the rescue or shelter that has the dog. You must fill out an app to be considered. Please do not send inquiries without an app as all are volunteers & most times do not know any more than what is in their post.
