She is being fostered, vetted and safe this week and will be on transport next weekend. The shelter, the vet and her foster mom all say she is very sweet and calm, knows house manners and is looking forward to being a Jersey Girl.

This just in from Misty's new family:
Dear Lynne,
We LOVE misty! she is doing well, she sleeps with me on the couch and she
loves sticking her head out the window in the car. She is eating her food
and loves the toys we got her. I brought her to the barn and she was
nervous for about 5 minutes but then was quite comfortable around the
horses, she is very curious as to what they are. There hasnt been any
problems with the cats, she was lonely the first day without all her dog
friends but i brought her to the park and she was in heaven with all the
other dogs so she ran and played with them. she hardly barks, she is very
well manered when it comes to greeting new people and other animals. thank
you so much! she seems to love it here with us and we love her. -
