BREEDER REHOME GUIDELINES/APPLICATION/DIRECTIONS
FOR BREEDERS -
Rescue Resource Collective and Oodles of Doodles.org will help you if you need to rehome your dog(s) by listing and bringing attention to the need. This service is FREE to Rehomers and a donation from the adoption fee will enable us to continue to offer this as a free service.
The dog(s) should be up to date on all shots and spayed or neutered. You must show these records.
You must be able to keep the dog with you and be willing to look through the applications we send you and do the reference checks and contacting the potential adopters. We will courtesy post or list the dog(s) for you, take applications and forward them, to you.
If you cannot keep the dog until an adopter is found, we suggest you contact IDOG at http://idog.biz/OurSurrenderProcess.html
, if you have to rehome a Doodle, or another local rescue organization. Please do not take them to a shelter as you will be risking his or her life.
Rescue Resource Collective is not responsible for choosing adopters, checking references or making final decisions as to where the dogs go. We do ask that you charge some rehome fee as Free to Good homes ads usually do not bring out the best people. We will be happy to discuss this with you privately. We are doing this as a courtesy.
