What is a Doodle?

What's a Doodle look like? There are many LOOKS to a doodle. It depends on what is in the mix. Let' dispel some of those myths right here.

Myth #1 - Doodles Don't Shed
Truth - Some do and some don't. It depends on the mix and the generation. Saying Doodles don't shed is a lie that is causing many Doodles to wind up in shelters because people were told it was a non-shedding or hypo-allergenic dog.

This place is definitely a mill or broker.....There are way too many breeds listed here.....This is a tell tale sign of a mill operation.....Ladies we need to put together a specified article about how you can determine a puppy mill/BYB from a reputable breeder......Many people are just not aware of the differences...(No disrespect meant or implied towards you Lorraine.)...and thank you so much for your help and the info!

Its going just great. Ransom loves our other dogs and loves our property. He digs and rolls around in the sand. When he comes in and puts his big head in your lap, it just rains sand. We love him to pieces. I actually have another rescue story. Lily doodle was rescued by the Little Dog Rescue on the last day of her life. I adopted her from them. Her story is so unbelievable to me. How do you start a blog? This isn't a great time, my husband is having a hip replaced on Tuesday, but maybe in the future. I read your posts and find them very thought provoking. Imagine how the shelters will swell in a few months with all the furry Christmas "presents" who didn't need batteries, but a walk and a poop picked up.....Hurts to think about it.

I am so glad it is going well. It was fate that you answered the call.

I am sure out members would love to read your stories. You can get to the blogs from the Main Page almost to the bottom or hover over the "Members" tab up top and you'll see "Member Blogs." Once there, "Add a Blog." It is like a public diary but I find them to be really cathartic, especially when you are trying to figure things out.

All the best to your husband. Mine had a Triple Bypass back in February. It was a rough time...in many ways. It helps to have others to talk to. We're here and the doggies are there if you just need to talk about something else for a bit. Sending Hugs!
